Nabila Sahar is from Boston, MA. Boston is the capital and largest city of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is one of the oldest cities in the United States. The largest city in New England, Boston is considered the economic and cultural center of the region and is sometimes regarded as the unofficial “Capital of New England”.
Nabila Sahar is also a student at Tufts University and recently got engaged to her cousin. Her friend took this photo at that occasion.

During this trip she visited many Boston landmarks. The Massachusetts New State House sits at the top of Beacon Hill, overlooking Boston Common. It was designed by Charles Bulfinch and built in 1795 on land originally owned by John Hancock.
This new State House remains the home of the Massachusetts legislature and the wonderful dome is covered in 23.5 carat gold leaf, making it very valuable. The State House is open daily for tours to the public and is part of The Freedom Trail walk. Paul Revere House, Bunker Hill Monument – Monument Square and many others.

Most of these women do not have anyone to look after them, since either their sons were killed during the bombings at war and the others at shootouts.

This initiative taken by the UN, the Afghan government, Cisco Systems and USAID aims to restore back the nation’s economy and their first step to achieve their target is educating the Afghan women.
